Donald Trump will pay tribute to his younger brother and 'best friend' at the White House
Washington US President Donald Trump will host a tribute program at the White House this week to pay tribute to his younger brother Robert Trump . Robert died at the age of 71 in a New York hospital on Saturday. "We are considering organizing a small tribute ceremony at the White House on Friday," Trump told reporters on Monday. He said that he loved his country immensely and such an event would be a true tribute to his brother.
Robert Trump passed away a day after President Trump went to the hospital on Friday to visit his younger brother, seriously ill, before leaving for New Jersey the weekend. Robert was the youngest of President Trump's four siblings. Donald Trump (74) said in a statement late Saturday, "I inform you with a heavy heart that my brother Robert died tonight." He was not only my brother, but also my 'best friend'.
