COVID 19: Scientists suggested 50 days off, 30 days relaxation formula
Scientists have suggested that countries should adopt the '50 days off, 30 days off' rule until the cure for the coronavirus is discovered. Indian-origin researcher Rajiv Chaudhary and his team at Cambridge University suggested this formula in the study.
According to the study, a strict lockdown should be adopted for 50 days with no exemption. After this, the lockdown should be opened for 30 days with social distancing and other rules. In this way, this cycle should be adopted for at least one and a half years.
This will reduce the possibility of people getting caught by the coronavirus and the economy will also continue to run slowly. The study, published in the European Journal of Epidemiology, claimed that by adopting this formula by the world's governments, the virus could be prevented to an average of 0.8.
