It’s not so easy even for the best of players to slash down the prices of their luxury mansion in order to make a sale when no buyer turns up.

The property was built in 1930 and Serena had bought this home in 2006 for £9m. She had to cut down a massive £3.1m in order to sell the property for £6.2m.
The seven-time Wimbledon champ originally put the 6,101 square foot property in the posh Stone Canyon area on the market in October 2017 for £9.1m. In 2018, she reduced the price to £7.6m, before shaving another £1.4m off the price in a desperate bid to get rid of the home.
