Roman Abramovich's Chelsea are easily one of England's most successful club. Over the past decade or so, the Blues have won almost everything there ever is a for a football club. From Premier League to FA Cup to League Cup to UEFA Champions League or even the UEFA Europa League, they have won it all. But then again, how do they fare when we talk about their all-time Premier League statistics and numbers? Well, here we are jotting down Chelsea's Premier League records, so fasten your seatbelts then.

Chelsea's 2016-17 season records

Starting with their recent Premier League triumph, a certain Antonio Conte unit shattered three records.Firstly, after winning 30 league games out of 38, the Blues registered themselves as the team with the most number of wins in a season.

Furthermore, they were held three times in the season and that means they played fewest draw in a season for the second time in their history. The first one came way back in the 1997-98 season. Also, they didn't play any home draw hence they now carry a record of fewest home draws in a season alongside Manchester United and Manchester City.

Most home wins in a season

Chelsea were crowned as the Premier League Champions in the 2005-06 season and the similar season saw them recording the most home wins in a season. Out of 19 home fixtures, the Blues emerged victorious in 18 of them, a record they share with Manchester United (2010-11) and Manchester City (2011-12).

Also, the same season saw them going undefeated at home. Chelsea have now spent five seasons going undefeated at home (2004–05, 2005–06, 2006–07, 2007–08, 2014–15). As if that was not enough, Chelsea once went on an 86-game undefeated run at home between 20 March 2004 – 26 October 2008.

Most consecutive away wins

In between April 6, 2008 to December 7, 2008, Chelsea went on an 11-game consecutive away wins. The same feat has been achieved just once when a certain Pep Guardiola led Manchester City went on a similar run from May 21, 2017 to December 27, 2017.

Youngest player to score -

At 17 years and 342 days, the now 36-year-old Finland international Mikael Forssell becmae Chelsea's youngest ever goal scorer when he notched his goal against Notthingham Forest on February 20, 1999.

Just in, the youngest player to score in the Premier League is James Vaughan who currently plays for Wigan Athletic. Aged 16 years 270 days, the then Everton forward notched his goal against Crystal Palace to become the youngest ever Premier League goalscorer.

Chelsea's 2004–05 season records

Chelsea's 2004-5 campaign was full of glory, to say the least. They won their first ever Premier League honour in the season and also went on to win the Football League Cup, their first after 1998. Finishing above Arsenal with a whopping 12 points different, Chelsea gathered 95 points in the season which is a record of most points in a season.

The Blues only conceded 15 goals in the entirerty of the season which till date remains a record of fewest goals conceded in a saeson. Also, the nine goals he conceded away from home is a record of the fewest goals conceded away in a season.

Furthermore, in 19 away games of the 2004-05 season, they won 15 which again is a record for most away wins in a season. The Blues needed Petr Cech to stay on his toes and the Czech international named a Premier League record 24 clean sheets in the season.

Chelsea's 2009-10 season record

Chelsea's third ever Premier League title came in the 2009-10 season and again, a number of records were named by the Blues. To begin with, the Blues acquired the Premier League crown by outnumbering the second-placed Manchester United by just one point.

The Blues scored a whopping 103 goals in the season which till date remains a record of most goals scored in a single Premier League season. The Blues ended their season with a goal difference of 71 which again a Premier League record. Also, 68 goals out of 103 were scored at the Stamford Bridge and this again is a record of most goals scored at home in a season.

Most individual goal scorers in one game for the same team

Back in December 2012, Chelsea defeated Aston Villa 8-0 and the game saw seven different goal scorers getting their name on the scoresheet. The likes of Fernando Torres, David Luiz, Branislav Ivanovic, Frank Lampard, Oscar and Eden Hazard scored one a piece, while Ramires scored a brace.

With seven different goal scorers on the sheet, Chelsea now carry a joint record with Manchester City and Southampton as most individual goal scorers in one game for the same team.

All time Premier League standing

Chelsea sit third in the all time Premier League table, after Manchester United and Arsenal. The Red half of Manchester tops the chart with 2021 points in 25 seasons while Arsenal have 1822 points at their disposal. Chelsea, on their part, have 1789 points.

In a total of 962 games played, Chelsea have won 516, have lost 205 and have drawn 241. The Blues, in the process, have scored 1645 goals up until now and have conceded 925, carrying a goal difference of 720.
