Sincerely Yours to aid Love Burma Mission

Sentilong Ozukum’s Sincerely Yours is now available for purchase in the stores. Published by Amazon KDP internationally and through Heritage Publications Dimapur in India, Sincerely Yours is a collection of short stories that reflects the mundane experiences of a closely knitted mountain community and explores the most mysterious recesses of the human feelings and emotions.

 

The author, Sentilong Ozukum is also an NCS Officer currently serving as EAC Medziphema. His debut novel, Campus Blues, published in 2010 was also adapted into a mini television series by Doorsharshan.

 

The author expressed that the response of the readers towards the book has been overwhelming and more than a thousand copies have been sold in Nagaland alone in the first three days.

 

All the proceeds of the book will go towards the education of underprivileged children in Eastern Nagaland bordering Myanmar. The author stressed that a major part of the proceeds will go towards the cause of education under the Love Burma Mission.

 

The Love Burma Mission stared in 2012 is an initiative of the Eleutheros Christian Society Tuensang and sponsored by various churches in Nagaland. The Love Burma Mission focuses on the improvement of lives of the Naga villages across the international border suffering from extreme poverty. Over the years the Love Burma Mission has established health centres, learning centres, toilet construction, skill and livelihood training to around six villages across the border.

 

The book is priced at Rs 300 per copy and is currently available at the following book stalls.
